Owner: Eddie Rodriguez

I am originally from the Bronx, New York, I moved from the Big Apple at age 13 to my mother’s hometown of Adjuntas, Puerto Rico, where I embraced the farm life. There, I learned organic farming, raising animals and livestock, and—most importantly—how to live off what the land provides.

 
First and foremost, I give all glory, love, and gratitude to my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

My passions include organic gardening (fruits, vegetables, trees, and shrubs), expanding my knowledge of herbs and spices and their impact on our health, and exploring sustainable farming practices such as micro-farming and aquaponics. I am deeply interested in herbalism and best practices, with the goal of incorporating this knowledge into owning and operating a true apothecary for the benefit of holistic health.

In my free time, I enjoy building projects like sheds, fences, and large chicken coops, as well as staying active through working out, biking, running, kayaking, and exploring nature trails. I love learning, creating, and continuously trying new things—always striving to live in harmony with faith, land, and purpose.
